This, the fifth Test of the series, was the last match where 'The Bix Six' played together. It was played at Sydney Cricket Ground 3-7 March 1911. Australia won by seven wickets, winning the series 4-1. In the photograph, Macartney, sitting below Trumper, wears his New South Wales blazer having represented the state against the South Africans two days prior to the Test. Trumper's second innings 74 (mot out in 84 minutes) finished his season with 661 runs, average 94.43, a new record for an Australian batsman
