Decorated in iron-red, various coloured enamels and gilt on underglaze blue with lozenge panels within key-fret pattern bands connected with circular lobed panels filled with dragons, karako, flowers and ho-o birds on a ground of stylized flowers, the neck similarly decorated with dragons and takaramono
