Note: Hankow Local Post stamps, which were is use at the time this cover was mailed, are unrecorded on any international mail. This cover may also be the only known example of Hankow Local Post Subscriber's Mail. Although the Shanghai Local Post terminated its Subscriber's scheme in 1893, the Hankow Local Post continued it after it's takeover of the Shanghai Agency in Hankow
