Decorated in gold, silver and iroe hiramakie, takamakie and aogai inlay on an alternating roironuri and yellow lacquer ground with Gigaku masks on floral lozenge patterns, each panel framed with a narrow band of stylized foliage in aogai and shell inlay on a red lacquer ground, Wakasa-nuri style interior, the corners wide with narrow canted band of flowerheads, on scroll feet, (old damage)
