Flattened ball-shaped black composition box with gold mounts, inlaid overall with gold piqué point forming a diaper pattern, the cover bordered by piqué posé palmettes and scroll, the sides furthermore decorated with scrolling Rocaille in piqué point and piqué posé, incorporated slightly raised peaked thumbpiece
