Formed as a shell, decorated in gold, iroe hiramakie and gold foil on a roironuri background, nashiji interior, 17th century; a small Somoda style fan shaped box and cover decorated with kirigane and aogai inlay on a roironuri ground with a boy resting beside a cow beneath a poem, hirame interior, 18th Century; a small rectangular gold lacquer tray decorated in iroe togidashi with a pheasant among bamboo trees, the base in nashiji, signed Kajikawa saku, 19th Century; a rectangular tortoiseshell tray with straight sides decorated with iroe hiramakie with birds flying above a screen, 19th Century, (slight old damage); a fundame ground tray in the shape of Hotei's treasure sack, decorated in gold and black hiramakie, togidashi and kimpun with a karako beneath a plum tree, the reverse in nashiji, 19th century; a shallow sake cup decorated in gold and silver takamakie, gold hiramakie and togidashi on a black and silver ground with a turtle in water, the reverse in red lacquer, 19th century; and an eggshell ground box and cover in the form of two overlapping fans, decorated in gold and iroe hiramakie, one fan with a mountainous water landscape and the other with a cockerel, hen and chick by bamboo, 19th Century, (some small chips)
