Tapering cylindrical on three slim scroll legs with pad feet and beaded decoration, the curved spigot and handle terminals with cut-card work decoration, the hinged cover applied with cut-card work border and acorn finial, with scroll thumbpiece, the body engraved with a lozenge coat-of-arms within a plumed baroque cartouche, marked on body
