The double profile cameo carved in bloodstone and grey agate with the heads of Mars and Venus reserved in red and white border, the brightly coloured frame with addorsed demi-griffons and satyrs' masks embellished with two diamonds and pearls, the supension link en suite, the reverse with counter enamel and glazed compartment, circa 1880, probably French, 9.0cm. overall height
