The centre enamelled with a large coat-of-arms above a banner inscribed ZEELANDT, surrounded by peony and daisy sprays and birds in flight, the well with small oval cartouches containing carp and prawns reserved on an underglaze blue diaper ground, the broad everted rim with larger shaped cartouches containing figures seated in contemplation below trees alternating with birds flying among prunus branches reserved on a different diaper ground, rim chip restuck
