Mid-18th Century, Venice
Of serpentine outline, with dished edge decorated with confronting C's, around a central field with scrolling foliage and trelliswork panels, centered by a stylised sunflower motif within acanthus husks, losses and refreshments to the decoration, previously but possibly not originally with a stand
