A PAIR OF ITALIAN, EBONISED WALNUT AND PARCEL-GILT COMMODES
Early 19th Century, probably Tuscany
Each with later rectangular bardiglio marble top, above a cavetto-moulded frieze drawer with two further panelled drawers below (one fitted) flanked by shaped uprights headed by carved giltwood acanthus, on paw feet with plinths, one drawer replaced, break to one marble top, losses to mouldings
