A SOTEN TSUBA AND TWO OTHERS
Edo Period (18th and 19th century)
An oval iron tsuba pierced in Hikone style with two Chinese figures by a waterfall, details in gilt and copper, signed Goshu Hikone ju Soheishi Niudo Soten sei, 7 cm.; another round copper nanako profusely carved and gilt inlaid with warriors fighting in the sea, and an oval copper nanako tsuba chiselled with a warrior on a boat in gilt takazogan, both inscribed with the full Soten signature, 7.8 cm. and 6.8 cm.
