the oxcidised brass frame with lacquered brass arc signed and numbered A. Meifsner Berlin No.224, finely divided inset silvered scale, vernier with clamp, fine screw adjustment and hinged swivel dual magnifer and light diffuser, six half-shades, sighting tube aligned to prissmatic cell and mirror, double mahogany handle with inset Kaisermarine issue plaque [No. 30], threaded plug to stand insert, contained witin a hexagonal wooden box (later), the circle -- 10¼in. (26cm.) dia; the box -- 16in. (40.5cm.) dia
