An unusual clockwork teddy bear
with short golden mohair head and feet, pronounced muzzle with black stitched nose and mouth, slotted in ears, small orange and black glass eyes and wooden soles on feet, wearing purple and red costume, clockwork mechanism causing bear to dance, foot indistictly stamped 'ges. gresck MR. 89' ? in black ink, German --10in. (25.5cm.) high, circa 1930 (slight wear, possibly redressed, clothes need reattaching at neck)
