One-page autograph letter, signed 'A. Conan Doyle', from 218 Rittenhouse Sq. W., 11 November [18]94, 8°, to Dr. Mitchell, thanking him for the book and confirming he will send his 'little medical sketches' when he returns to New York (one vertical crease, slight paper discolouration).
