GRANT OF DOCTORATE of Canon and Civil Law, in Latin on vellum, to Francisco à Cubalo, granted Padua, 30 December 1715, 4 leaves, 4°, in black and gold in fine italic hand, portrait frontispiece within decorative cartouche surrounded with fruit and tulips (staining and thumb marks), bound in mottled calf gilt with ribbon ties and seal case with red wax seal (worn, seal damaged).
