Sold with three related Nursing Badges, comprising General Nursing Council, silver enamel, the reverse inscribed, 'M.B. Coulter, S.R.N., 31725, 20.6.24'; Royal British Nursing Association, bronze, the reverse inscribed, 'Mary B. Coulter, 7268'; and Manchester Royal Infirmary, bronze, the reverse numbered '449' and inscribed, 'M.B. Coulter'.

Miss Mary B. Coulter was awarded the Royal Victorian Medal in January 1945 in respect of services as a Nurse to Princess Beatrice (1857-1944), for a period of 15 years.
