The circular sardonyx cameo carved with the seated figure of Orpheus with his lyre on applied enamel rockwork base within diamond and enamel frame with three pendant pearls, the reverse with coloured enamel decoration, with suspension chains and ring, the chains joined to gemset cartouche-shaped link
