Half-titles, printed in red and black, engraved portrait frontispiece by Cathelin after Mignard, 6 engraved title vignettes and 33 plates after Moreau, engraved by Moreau, Baquoy de Launay, Duclos, de Ghendt, Helman, Lebas, Legrand, Leveau, Masquelier, Née and Simonet. (Very occasional, very light spotting.) Comtemporary French speckled calf, gilt triple fillet border to sides, gilt spine, two leather spine labels, gilt edges.
