painted to the exteriors with butterflies in flight amongst sprays of wild flowers, Chenghua six-character marks; two bowls decorated with crane roundels, Jiajing six-character mark -- all 3½in. (8.9cm.) diam; and a selection of further various bowls, covers and dishes, painted with flowers, dragons and cranes -- the largest cover 4in. (10.2cm.) diam, (damages).
