painted and gilt with a central calligraphic panel on a blue enamel ground reserved with star motifs, within a border of radiating petals containing individual flower sprays, the rim with a blue enamel and star band -- 14¾in. (37.5cm.) diam, paper label to base noting that the inscription reads 'Jenab Bahadur al Sayf at Daulah Yahya Khan, Prime Minister to the King Assif Jah Nawab', (fritting and small chips to rim).
