A pair of Doucai 'Dragon and Carp' saucer dishes
underglaze blue Chenghua six-character marks, Kangxi
painted with coiled dragons amongst cloud scrolls and within borders of leaping carp amongst foaming waves -- 63/8in. (16.3cm.) diam; and a famille verte foliate rimmed saucer dish with a coiled dragon chasing a flaming pearl within a border of Buddhist emblems -- 6in. (15.2cm.) diam, paper label to base 'Bluett & Sons, London', (fritting to rims).
