Circa 1950s
A group of ten caricatures depicting Ed Sullivan that hung in his office at The Ed Sullivan Theatre which is now home to "The Late Show With David Letterman." The first one is a small cut-out image by an unknown artist, the second is a small cut-out by Cristiano, the third is a profile view by Wach Steter, the fourth is a head shot by Mort Walker, the fifth is a profile view by Al Smith, the sixth shows Sullivan as a horse by Peb, the seventh is a realistic pencil portrait by an artist whose name is illegible, the eighth is a profile view by Joe Archibald, the ninth is an abstract image by O. Soglow and the tenth is a group of two cut-out images of Sullivan with his arms outstretched.
