The first painted with a central star-shaped panel enclosing a flower pot with peony on a terrace, two birds and a butterfly hovering nearby, the well and rim with alternate radiating panels enclosing buddhistic symbols or flowers divided by tasselled jewels; the second with a similarly painted rim surrounding four ho-o-birds near a pond with exotic flowers to the centre, rim crack and small rim chip
