Various makers and dates, most circa 1890
Comprising: four gold eggs set with small circular cut rubies, a diamond, and sapphires; a gilt egg inscribed 'God Bless you! 1885'; an amethyst egg enclosed in a gold cage; an amethyst egg carved with a chicken emerging from it; a white and brown ceramic egg finished to look like moss agate; a smoky quartz egg surmounted by a silver figure of a nun bandaging a soldier's head; a small copper egg inscribed with Cyrillic initials; a wooden egg set with red and clear stones; a rose quartz egg with gold collar inset with emeralds; a white enamelled egg with red cross; another white enamelled egg with a gilt girdle set with crystals (one missing); a red jasper egg inset with a gilt flower; an egg enamelled in a green and red chevron pattern and a locket egg enamelled in dark orange, the interior with enamelled plaque depicting a ladybug, a four leaf clover and a horseshoe, surmounted by a silver ribbon (17)
