Maker's mark of Adriaan P. Dingemans, The Hague, 1775; also struck with Batavian Republic mark of Rotterdam for 1795; mark of Kingdom of the Netherlands 1807 and taxmark for large articles used from 1814-1953
The everted pear-shaped spirally-fluted body resting on six leaf feet terminating in a leaf and flower-head rim, the body later engraved with flowers, foliage and C-scrolls, reeded upper rim, the similarly decorated high-domed cover with large floral fruit finial
