Featherbanded to the top, front and interior, the hinged slope enclosing a fitted interior with four small drawers, eight pigeon-holes, a sliding well and a central cupboard, with two secret drawers, above two short and two long graduated drawers, the sides with carrying-handles, on ebonised bell feet, minor restorations and replacements to mouldings and pieces of veneer, the handles original

Bought by R.M. Stickney, Esq., from J.W. Best, 39 and 41 Brook Street, Hull, on 5 August 1925 for £87 (the invoice is included with this lot).
