Stamped GB for Giovacchino Belli to the base
The reservoir cover with swan finial, the bowl hung with four chains of a chatelaine held in the mouths of lions' masks, held aloft by a figure of Mercury after Giambologna, supported above a nimbus on a spreading fluted circular base, above a square marmo nero Belgio base, restorations, parts probably later
