In the Louis XVI style, the gallery top with cornucopiae inlay and pierced ornament, having a cavetto frieze with interlaced ribband and paterae ornament, containing three drawers with ormolu borders and foliate inlay, the parquetry fall centred by a foliate framed musical and military trophy, enclosing a fitted interior with three drawers and tooled leather lined slide, containing five drawers in the frieze, inlaid with laurel swags, the sides with musical trophies, foliage and flowers, on square tapering legs headed with guilloche and fluted capitals terminating in sabots
