OLIVER HILL
Oliver Hill is an actual strip of dirt, on which is grown arguably the best fruit in Australia, close to D'Arenberg, Rosemount's Balmoral Vineyard and vineyards for Grange. It was founded in 1983 by Stuart Miller who is also the winemaker. His fondness for super extraction and robust reds has led him to create a Cabernet that develops with time, yet a Shiraz that screams out of the glass. Only 112 collective cases were available in the U.S.
