With two lengths of chain composed of fifteen figure-eight elements with double conical tops, joined by loop-in-loop chain, a simple loop at each end, with a small central oval medallion with a collar-set agate cameo with a facing head of Medusa, a similar length of five elements suspended from the medallion, terminating in a barrel-shaped agate bead
