The interior molded with a nude figure of a Nereid, perhaps Galatea, riding "side-saddle" on a hippocamp, holding the reins with her left hand, her right hand resting on the hippocamp's coiled tail, a triton emerging from the waves below, a winged Eros above left blowing a horn, and another above right, a third below, perhaps riding a dolphin, with a ridged rim, on a short ring foot
