Recording the earliest known diplomatic peace treaty, reading, "For Inanna and Lugal-emusha, Enmetena, the governor of Lagash, builder of the Emush, their beloved temple, who ordered (the placing) of these clay nails (in the walls of the temple), Enmetena, who build the Emush, prince of Lagash, and Lugal-kineshdudu, governor of Uruk, concluded a treaty of friendship"
