etching with drypoint, 1643, first state (of two), a very good, clear impression, with part of a Foolscap watermark, with narrow to thread margins almost all round, trimmed on the platemark at three corners, a small repair and two soft diagonal creases at the upper right corner, one or two pale foxmarks, other minor defects
