of pressed bisque with closed mouth upturned at the corners, fixed blue paperweight eyes, shaded lids, pale brows painted with short strokes, ears pierced into the head, swivel neck with dip at centre front, the jointed kid over wood body with carved and painted wooden legs and later bisque arms -- 28in. (71cm.) high (black firing crack along mould line on right side, small ear pierce chip, replacement arms, kid discoloured and cracking in places, new wig)
