Related to the central section of the Erection of the Cross, dated 1690, in the University Museum, Würzburg, O. Ferrari and G. Scavizzi, Luca Giordano, Naples, 1992, no. A478, fig. 601.
Giuseppe Scavizzi suggested that the drawing was produced in Giordano's studio, possibly by Giuseppe Simonelli.
