A Meissen bell, a Meissen two-handled butter-box and a Höchst chamber-candlestick
The bell circa 1760, the butter-box circa 1745, blue crossed swords marks to both, the candlestick circa 1760, impressed wheel and IH mark
The bell painted with bouquets and scattered flower-sprays above a gilt line rim, the interior fitted with a wood and steel clapper (handle restuck, four restored shallow rim chips, one with small associated crack, slight wear to gilding), the butter-box with fluted and gadrooned sides moulded with an Altbrandenstein-ozier border and painted with birds and insects in flight (small rim chip), the baluster body of the candlestick painted with a bouquet and two flower-sprays within moulded rococo scroll and rocaille borders, on three scroll feet, the top mounted with a foliate nozzle and shaped drip-pan (chip to one foot)
The 41/8 in. (10 cm.) high, the butter-box 45/8 in. (11.8 cm.) wide, the candlestick 5¾ in. (14.7 cm.) high (3)
