The hull of the model is solid with grey painted topsides and a rust red bottom. The decks of the model are solid and painted green. The primary deck structures, along with many of the details are painted white. The model is well detailed which include: anchors, anchor chain, chocks and bollards (silver plated), anchor winches, deck railings, spare propeller, deck piping, gangways and catwalks, cargo booms, pool, life rings, life boats on davits, radar, name boards, rudder, propeller and many other fine details. The model is mounted on a pair of silver plated pedestals in a wood and glass display case with a mahogany stand.
