of festoon design, composed of a rose-cut diamond and foiled ruby cluster pear-shaped open-work panel suspending a seed pearl drop, with two matching oval panel shoulders and foiled ruby and rose-cut diamond cluster graduated bow and three tier belcher-link connections, some modifications, in a case.
