contained in four trays, each specimen numbered and placed within its own card box, complete with a catalogue relating to the contents and inscribed in ink Catalogue of a collection of minerals and rock specimens by J. Tennant No 149 Strand London 2nd Septr 1864, and other literature, all contained in the original mahogany carrying case -- 15¼in. (38.7cm.) wide, the underside of the lid with descriptive leaflet of Mr. Tennant's specimen cabinets and other items such as Sopwith's geological models and Waterhouse Hawkins's models of extinct animals
