signed on the horizontal plate H, Morin 11, rue Dulong, Paris, the telescope with rack and pinion focusing, dust cap, with axis mounted on two vertical supports incorporating a graduated cross-bubble level, one support with adjustable graduated level, the base plate with single magnifier, tangent-screw fine adjustment and clamp over the silvered scale horizontal circle, on three-screw tripod attachment with corresponding tangent-screw fine adjustment and clamp; and a plane table rule, the oxidised-brass rule with twin folding sights, in oak carrying case with three hooks and eyes -- 19in. (48.2cm.) long
