Kerouac writes: "Iowa I saw clouds kissing in the sky [during his train ride from the East] and backing up to look at each other -- I'll write you in September...Arm waving to walk the Harrison Cross. Tonight I walk Frisco alone again, wine in coat, to Chinatown -- Yair!"
