This is the finer of two examples from the S.S. Central America a treasure certified by PCGS. Obverse cracked from rim through star 4. Cracked from field through star 5 and 6 to rim above star 7. Die rust around most obverse stars. Crack connects tops of EN D. to second A in AMERICA. Crack joins OF at top. Die clash apparent around eagle.
