A Victorian engraved gilt-brass striking giant carriage clock

The case of English Gorge form deeply engraved with scrolling foliage, pull strike repeat lever to the right side just beneath the top moulding, the rectangular silvered dial similarly engraved with scrolling foliage and with Roman chapter ring signed Barraud & Lunds Cornhill London, blued moon hands, the five pillar twin chain fusee movement with maintaining power to the going train, cut bimetallic balance with timing screws and flat blued hairspring to the lever escapement, strike on gong secured to the back-plate with hand-set knob, winding squares and engraved Barraud & Lunds Cornhill, London. 1793

No.'s 1794 & 1795 are illustrated in Derek Roberts, Carriage and other travelling clocks, 1993, p. 330, figs. 22-9 a, b. These other two are virtually identical except for very slight differences in their engraving.
