The small matt silvered dial signed and numbered Boudeaud No. 892, Roman hour numerals, gold hour and minute hands, subsidiary seconds dial (at VI) and sector up-and-down dial (at XII), with blued steel hand, top-plate inscribed Boudeaud No. 892, Earnshaw escapement, 18,000 count train, cut bimetallic balance with cylindrical heat compensation weight incorporating top screws, palladium helical balance spring, flat steel detent with jewelled locking stone to side of banking block, in brass drum with screw-on bezel and flat glass, the whole set in recessed middle section of plain three-part mahogany box of deckwatch format, the partitioned bottom section containing tipsy key, and on the inside of the top lid the trade label of BOUDEAUD.
