Oblong, with rounded sides, the hinged cover with a shaped en-plein enamel rural scene with two plovers at sundown, with further pan-Slavic floral and geometric motifs, with red cabochon push-piece, the gilt interior with an engraved Russian inscription 'Moscow-Iaroslavl' Sporting Group the R.L. Dimmel' Prize given to I.I. Gavrilov 7 VI 1910 for 8 out of 12 for clay-pigeon shooting', marked inside covers
