Lot Essay

The sword is seen in several key scenes throughout Highlander, most notably when Ramerez [Sean Connery] reveals to MacLeod [Christopher Lambert] his potential powers as an immortal, and later when he is destroyed by the evil Kurgan allowing the sword to pass to MacLeod. A similar sword is also seen in the two sequels and although the accompanying letter confirms that this sword was indeed made for Highlander, it's use in the sequels is not confirmed.
