Lot Essay

The number plate in this lot is seen on Austin Powers' VW Beetle Time Travel Machine which he uses to go back to 1969. Dr. Evil's right-hand man, Number 2, wears a similar bracelet and eye patch to the ones in this lot throughout the film, both by Robert Wagner who plays the part in the 1999 scenes and by Rob Lowe who plays the part in the 1969 scenes.
