Morassi, Guardi, Venice, 1973, I, p. 493, no. 993; II, fig. 876); that picture includes a doorway in the wall on the right and has different figures. A horizontal version with the composition extended to the right is in the E. Hamill Collection, Chicago (ibid., p. 492, no. 987; II, fig. 870).
