In the Louis XVI style, the eared rectangular brass-banded top centred by a classical urn issuing flowering branches, within a quarter-veneered panel and a laurel-leaf border with patera corners, above two drawers inlaid with entwined flowering branches, ribbon-tied bouquet, on square tapering brass-banded legs headed by drapery swags and inlaid with husk-trails, on fluted sabots and toupie feet
